Over 23,000 Displaced in a Week Due to Criminal Attacks, Reports IOM

Armed violence targeting several neighborhoods in the commune of Port-au-Prince (the capital's downtown area), including Carrefour-Feuilles, Bas-Peu-de-Chose, Avenue Christophe, Bois Verna, and Morne-à-Tuf, has resulted in the forced displacement of 23,510 people in just one week, according to a report published this Tuesday by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
