Dominican Republic Designates 26 Gangs as Terrorist Organizations

The Dominican Republic revealed on Tuesday the names of at least 26 criminal gangs in Haiti, which have been officially designated as “terrorist organizations” under Decree 104-25, signed by President Luis Abinader, according to an article published in Listín Diario.

The Dominican Republic revealed on Tuesday the names of at least 26 criminal gangs in Haiti, which have been officially designated as “terrorist organizations” under Decree 104-25, signed by President Luis Abinader, according to an article published in Listín Diario.
